Payment Policy

A 50% security deposit, based on the total package selected, is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and secures your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to setup at your event location.

Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to americangillrental@gmail.com. A cancellation is not considered effective until AMERIGILL LLC provides written acknowledgement confirming receipt.

• Cancellations made more than seven (7) calendar days before the event are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount due.
• Cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, which is non‑refundable under all circumstances.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Late Payment

If final payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to event setup, AMERIGILL LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
